Product Introduction:

　　3D composite drainage network: also known as 3D geotechnical drainage board, tunnel drainage board, and drainage board. Composed of a three-dimensional plastic mesh with double-sided adhesive permeable geotextile, it can replace traditional sand and gravel layers. Mainly used for drainage of landfills, roadbeds, and inner walls of tunnels. In transportation infrastructure such as railways and highways, the safety and service life of engineering are closely related to its own drainage system, among which geosynthetics are an important component of the drainage system.

　　Performance characteristics:

　　1. Strong drainage ability (equivalent to one meter thick gravel drainage).

　　Purpose:

　　Mainly used in drainage projects such as railways, highways, tunnels, municipal engineering, reservoirs, slope protection, etc., with significant effects.

　　Quality requirements for composite drainage network welds:

　　1. For double seam inflation with a length of 30-60 mm, if the inflation pressure between the double seams reaches 0.15-0.2MPa and is maintained for 1-5 minutes, it is considered qualified if there is no significant decrease in pressure.

　　2. For single weld seam and T-shaped node repair points, a thickness of 50 cm should be adopted × Conduct vacuum testing on a 50 cm square, with a vacuum pressure greater than or equal to 0.005MPa, and hold for 30 seconds. If the soap solution does not bubble, it is considered qualified.

　　3. Indoor testing. The tensile strength of the weld seam should be greater than the strength of the base material.

　　4. Quality inspection should be carried out as the construction progresses.
