Construction of anti-seepage membrane laying in hazardous waste workshop

　　Requirements for anti-seepage film substrate in solid waste workshop

　　1. Before laying HDPE geomembrane, a comprehensive inspection of the laying base should be carried out in conjunction with the civil engineering party, supervisor, designer, and party A. Construction can only be carried out after meeting the design requirements.

　　2. The quality of the foundation surface should meet the design requirements: the bottom surface of the foundation pit, the slope surface and its slope ratio, the anchoring groove on the slope, and the treatment of the intersection between the slope surface and the bottom surface should all strictly meet the design requirements.

　　3. The base surface should be dry, compacted, flat, without cracks, obvious protrusions, mud, or depressions. There should be no tree roots, debris, stones, steel heads, or glass chips within a vertical depth of 25mm. Its flatness should change smoothly within the allowable range, with even and consistent slopes, and comply with the design requirements of the drawings.

　　4. The yin and yang points on the base surface should transition smoothly, with a radius not less than 0.5 meters.

　　5. The substrate surface should be dry, and the moisture content of the substrate should be below 15%.

　　6. The base should be dense and uniform, and the dry density of the soil base should not be less than 1.4t/m3.

　　7. After the civil engineering party, supervisor, design unit, party A, and acceptance sign for approval, the construction of geomembrane can be carried out.
