How to make bentonite waterproof blankets work well?

　　1. At the construction site of the bentonite waterproof blanket, the paving of the bentonite waterproof blanket should be carried out on the same day. For engineering construction that cannot be carried out on the same day, the bentonite waterproof blanket should be covered to avoid solidification and exposure to the sun on rainy or snowy days.

Sand and gravel should not be included in the backfill, and the thickness of the backfill should not be less than 30 centimeters. Backfilling should be classified into different levels of backfill soil, and the compactness should not be less than 85%.

　　3. Sodium based bentonite particles have a strong water absorption ability, so it is required to maintain dryness throughout the production, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and transportation processes. In addition to requiring the bentonite waterproof blanket to be tightly adhered to the surface of rural grassroots without large wrinkles, it is also necessary to solve the rough and dry position of the surface of rural grassroots.

　　5. For pile structures with relatively standard concave and convex fluctuations, the flatness of the surface layer is required to reach a turning radius of no less than 40cm on the road. In this case, key solutions should be taken to the connection position between the bottom plate and the armpit corner to ensure that the sodium based bentonite blanket at the bottom plate and the side wall can smoothly connect.
