Production process and classification of HDPE geomembrane

　　1、 Introduction to HDPE Geomembrane:

　　1. HDPE geomembrane, as a new type of material, has excellent anti-seepage, anti-corrosion performance, good chemical stability, and can be processed according to actual engineering needs. It has been widely used for anti-seepage of embankments, dams, and reservoirs in hydraulic engineering.

　　2. At the same time, it is also used as anti-seepage, anti-corrosion, leak proof, and moisture-proof materials in channels, reservoirs, sewage pools, swimming pools, building construction, underground buildings, garbage disposal sites, environmental engineering, and other aspects.

　　2、 HDPE geomembrane production process flow:

　　Raw material preparation - production line preparation - extrusion preparation - automatic feeding - heating extrusion - blowing - circulating cooling - product forming - traction - winding - inspection - packaging and warehousing.

　　3、 New Material Geomembrane Classification:

　　1. According to the different raw materials:

　　It can mainly be divided into high-density polyethylene geomembrane (HDPE geomembrane), medium density polyethylene geomembrane (MDPE geomembrane), low density polyethylene geomembrane (LDPE geomembrane), linear low density polyethylene geomembrane (LLDPE geomembrane), polyvinyl chloride geomembrane (PVC geomembrane), and ethylene ethylene copolymer geomembrane (EVA geomembrane).

　　2. Depending on the quality of the raw materials:

　　It can mainly be divided into national standard type I geomembrane (GB/T17643-2011 GH-I type), national standard type II geomembrane (GB/T17643-2011 GH-II type environmentally friendly), urban construction standard geomembrane (CJ/T234-2006), etc. The urban construction geomembrane is mainly used for anti-seepage of landfill sites.

　　3. Depending on the appearance of the product:

　　It can mainly be divided into smooth geomembrane, single rough geomembrane, double rough geomembrane, and column point geomembrane. The special geomembrane for anti-seepage of landfill slopes is mainly composed of single rough surface geomembrane and double rough surface geomembrane, while the special geomembrane for anti-seepage of landfill bottom is mainly composed of smooth surface geomembrane.

　　4. According to different product specifications and thicknesses:

　　From 0.2mm to 2.0mm, it can be mainly divided into 0.2mm geomembrane, 0.5mm geomembrane, 0.75mm geomembrane, 1.0mm geomembrane, 1.5mm geomembrane, and 2.0mm geomembrane.
