Method of laying drainage boards

　　1. Material selection.

The construction unit should reasonably select drainage board materials according to the requirements of the engineering plan and drawings. Through on-site survey of technical parameters, a comprehensive comparison is made on the size, material, structure, and other aspects of the drainage board to select the best material for laying.

　　2. Cleaning.

　　A good construction environment can significantly improve work efficiency and ensure the quality of drainage board laying. Before laying drainage boards in a certain area, construction personnel should clean the site to ensure the flatness of the drainage board laying. The main function of on-site cleaning is to clean garbage, level cement, eliminate bumps, etc., while maintaining a certain slope on the roof of the house.

　　3. Laying.

　　When laying drainage boards, multiple aspects should be considered to ensure that they function properly after use. In general, when laying drainage boards, one to two support points are overlapped from the right side to the side, and then geotextile is used to overlap each other. When laying, professional personnel must be arranged for detailed inspection to ensure that soil, sand particles, etc. cannot enter the drainage pipeline in order to be qualified.

　　The backfilling process is to enhance the filtration performance of the drainage board and filter out soil particles in a timely manner. The backfill of the drainage board is made of cohesive soil, usually 3cm of yellow sand needs to be laid on the geotextile, which can significantly improve the drainage effect of the geotextile. In addition, it is necessary to take protective measures for the drainage board to avoid adverse effects of external factors on the drainage pipe.
