1、 Cement blanket

　　It is a soft cloth soaked in cement that undergoes a hydration reaction when exposed to water and hardens into a thin, waterproof and fireproof durable concrete layer cement blanket. A three-dimensional fiber composite structure (3Dfiber matrix) woven from polyethylene and polypropylene filaments, containing a specially formulated dry concrete mixture. The main chemical components of calcium aluminate cement are Al2O3. CaO, SiO2. and Fe2O3.

　　The bottom surface of the canvas is covered with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lining, ensuring that the mixed canvas is completely waterproof. During on-site construction, there is no need for any mixing equipment. Simply pour water on the static canvas or immerse it in water to cause hydration reaction. 　　1) Easy to use

　　Cement blankets can be provided in large rolls in bulk or in rolls, facilitating manual loading, unloading, and transportation without the need for large lifting machinery. Concrete is prepared according to scientific proportions, without the need for on-site preparation, and there will be no problem of excessive hydration. Whether underwater or in seawater, the cement blanket can solidify and form.

　　2) Rapid solidification molding

　　A hydration reaction occurs after watering in one day, and necessary processing can still be carried out on the size and shape of the cement within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, it can harden to 80% of its strength, and according to the special requirements of users, special formulas can be used to achieve rapid or delayed solidification.

　　3) Environmentally friendly

　　Cement blanket is a low-quality low-carbon technology that uses 95% less materials than commonly used concrete in many applications. Its alkali content is limited and its erosion rate is very low, so its impact on the local ecology is minimal.
