Performance characteristics of HDPE geomembrane:
HDPE geomembrane has excellent environmental stress cracking resistance, excellent anti-seepage performance, high barrier, high puncture resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent elongation and wear resistance.
The product has high tensile strength, outstanding low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance (its service environment temperature is 110 ℃, low temperature -70 ℃), aging resistance, high tear strength, good bonding performance, and can be buried underground for 30-50 years.
Purpose:
HDPE geomembrane is mainly used in anti leakage lining projects such as landfill sites, sewage and waste liquid treatment, toxic and harmful substance treatment sites, biogas digesters, aquaculture, water conservancy, municipal engineering, landscaping, petrochemical, agriculture, transportation, high-speed rail, tunnels, airports, buildings, landscapes, etc.
Product specifications:
Film thickness: 0.3mm-3mm, width generally ranging from 1m to 8m, and special width can reach 12m.
Geomembrane production process flow:
